T’Kaye had the pleasure of being the Project Manager for Boston Court Performing Arts Center, overseeing the design and construction of the facility. She then became the first Producing Director for The Theatre @ Boston Court and produced the inaugural production of "Romeo and Juliet: Antebellum New Orleans, 1836" followed by the first season (2004) which included "Cold Tender," "Summertime," "A Winter People" and "Light." In 2005 she became the Executive Director and served in that capacity through 2007. She continues her involvement as a Board member.
Other producing credits include: the Broadway revival of “The Elephant Man” (Royale Theatre), the Off-Broadway productions of William Finn's musical revue, "Make Me A Song" (New World Stages) and "Temporary Help" (Women’s Project), Doug Motel’s solo play “Shiva Arms” (Coast Playhouse & Abingdon Theatre), Tony Abatemarco’s solo play “Cologne, Or The Ways Evil Enters The World” (Tiffany & Rattlestick Theatres), “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” (Stella Adler Theatre), Sue Gaetzman’s solo play “Blood Sugar” (Tamarind Theatre) and the musical “Hard Copy” written by and starring Sam Harris (Coast Playhouse). She produced the 1999 Ovation Awards at La Mirada and Executive Produced the 2000 edition at the Ahmanson.
Acting credits include: Chorus Leader in "Medea" and Mimi in "Summertime," Fraulein Schneider in "Cabaret," Ida Webb in "Twentieth Century," Miss Furnival in “Black Comedy,” Phyllis in “Death Defying Acts” (ICT), Mattie in “They Shoot Horses Don't They?” (Greenway Court Theatre), Tess in “The Credeaux Canvas” (Elephant Theatre), Muriel in “A Perfect Relationship" (Abingdon Theatre), Maxie in “June Moon,” Rebecca Felderman in “Morning Star,” Penny Sycamore in “You Can’t Take It With You,” Adelaide in “Guys & Dolls” (Colony Theatre), Sister Mary Ignatius in “Sister Mary Ignatius…” (Theatre/Theatre & Long Beach Playhouse) and as Zarova Petrova in “Sam Harris: Out of Control” (Carnegie Hall & Beverly Theatre).
Eileen's work as a producer and actress has been honored with Ovation, Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle, L.A.Weekly, NAACP, Robby, OOBR, Garland and Drama-Logue Awards, as well as Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Tony nominations.
